Located near everything Downtown Tucson has to offer, this loft space provides free off-street parking, a cozy living room, a kitchen, a small bathroom, and a ladder to the sleeping loft. The sleeping loft has 1 queen bed and plenty of light.

The Herbert Apartment/Loft is located in a great spot downtown, just a couple minutes’ walk from some great coffee shops, restaurants, and downtown nightlife.

The building has a total of 4 units, all with an identical layout. You will be staying in the southeast unit, which has a small outdoor space. Walking in, you’ll find a cozy living area and a fully equipped kitchen space. The bathroom is also located on the first floor and includes a shower, sink, and toilet. Please note that the bathroom is quite small. A ladder will take you to the second floor, where you’ll find a comfortable queen bed and plenty of windows.

Otras cosas a tener en cuenta
The unit has a very steep staircase to the second-floor sleeping loft. This apartment is probably not suitable for those with small children or anyone who might have difficulty climbing steep stairs.

The bathroom is quite small in size and not suited for more than one person at a time.
